Role Description
The Modernization Supervisor is a full-time, onsite role based in Bladensburg, Maryland. The Modernization Manager leads technical staff in modernization projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise modernization tasks and assign daily work
- Monitor project progress and timelines
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with managers to achieve project goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline preferred OR relevant work experience
- 2-5 Years in Elevator trade industry
- 2-5 years of experience in modernization or technical project management
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
Location and Travel
- Role located in office in Bladensburg, Maryland
- Some travel is required throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia areas
