What you will do- Lead and supervise the MES Engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Drive MES-related projects and support the maintenance and enhancement of electronic batch records within the MODA-ES platform.
- Develop team schedules, prioritize workloads, and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, Global, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Author, review, and close quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance for MES applications and related systems.
- Lead training initiatives for MES Engineers, Manufacturing personnel, and other key stakeholders.
What we are looking for- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting automation systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); MODA-ES experience is preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
