Work you'll do/Responsibilities • Own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of enterprise mobile applications across Android and iOS, from strategy and solution design through production release.
• Lead and mentor mobile engineers across onshore and offshore teams, establishing practical engineering standards and enabling consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Remain technically engaged in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, API integration, troubleshooting, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, maintainable mobile solutions using modern architecture patterns and native or cross-platform technologies as appropriate to product needs.
• Guide Android and iOS development using Kotlin, Swift, Java, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, and relevant platform frameworks.
• Lead modernization initiatives across native and cross-platform ecosystems, including Flutter, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, and React Native.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud services, analytics platforms, Firebase, and SQL-based data solutions.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated release workflows, version control practices, and mobile DevOps processes using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Promote product quality through testable architecture, engineering reviews, automated validation, production readiness, and proactive resolution of technical issues.
• Champion accessible and customer-centered experiences, including ADA compliance, UX best practices, analytics, and data-informed product decisions.
• Partner with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate product objectives into technical roadmaps and specifications.
• Create and maintain architecture decisions, technical documentation, delivery standards, and reusable engineering guidance.
• Contribute to Agile planning, stakeholder discussions, risk management, and delivery governance in a client-facing environment.
• Evaluate emerging mobile, cloud, DevOps, and AI-assisted development practices that can improve engineering effectiveness and product outcomes. Required Qualifications.

- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Android and iOS applications across complex business domains.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Android and iOS development, including Kotlin, Swift, Java, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, platform SDKs, and modern mobile development practices.
- Deep understanding of enterprise mobile architecture, solution design, scalable integration patterns, and maintainable application design.
- Experience leading modernization or platform transformation initiatives across native and cross-platform mobile technologies.
- Proven ability to lead global engineering teams and collaborate effectively across product, design, architecture, quality engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with API integration, including REST and GraphQL, plus cloud-connected mobile solutions, analytics, Firebase, and SQL-based data services.
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated mobile release workflows, Git-based development, and DevOps practices.
- Experience delivering mobile products in Agile environments from planning through production release.
- Strong communication, technical documentation, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a consulting or client-service setting and adapt technical strategy to evolving product and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
