Full Job Description
CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Mission Trainer to develop and deliver training curriculum for Army intelligence systems and processes. The individual leads Mobile Training Teams, develops lesson plans, and trains military groups, requiring experience in Army-standard curriculum development and training delivery. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small team while managing the development, maintenance, and/or delivery of training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the client.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Five years demonstrating experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
  • Five years demonstrated experience conducting training in multiple geographic locations within the U.S.

Education and Other Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree with ten years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or IC within the last fifteen years. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an associate degree and at least twelve years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens who have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
