What You Will Do:
- Leverage program and project management skills to assist Department efforts to build integrated, cohesive management capabilities that provide real-time insights and great leadership visibility and control
- Work across and within organizational boundaries to build coalitions, identify shared objectives, and generate momentum
- Standardize and mature all daily business workflows and operations, utilizing templates, streamlined mechanisms, and new platforms as needed
- Embed with operational components and rapidly develop an understanding of their complex missions, key initiatives, resource deployment, master schedules, and related elements
- Work with management to identify and execute against opportunities to improve business processes across the board
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience serving in program and project management roles
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- TEN (10)+ years of experience in program and project management roles
- Master's degree
- PMP certification
- A passion for building collaborative relationships and working toward shared mission aims
- An ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
