WHAT YOU'LL DO

SIXGEN is actively seeking candidates to manage the integration of intelligence, operational, and technical efforts in support of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic coordinator across stakeholders, helping to align project objectives, intelligence requirements, resource allocation, and project activities to achieve measurable outcomes. Successful applicants will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate high-level priorities into actionable plans and coordinate execution across diverse teams and organizations. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with senior decision makers, identifying project gaps and opportunities, and driving collaboration among technical, operational, and analysis professionals to support evolving project requirements.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate and synchronize project activities across intelligence, operational, technical, and stakeholder communities.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate mission objectives, priorities, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Identify intelligence gaps, project risks, and resource constraints, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between analysts, technicians, engineers, researchers, and external project partners.
  • Translate strategic requirements into actionable plans, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support collection management, requirements development, and prioritization efforts.
  • Evaluate emerging threats, technologies, and operational opportunities relevant to mission objectives.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of research, cybersecurity, intelligence, and technology-focused initiatives.
  • Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and capability development activities.
  • Ensure mission activities comply with applicable security, policy, and operational requirements.


Technology proficiency includes:
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat intelligence, and cyber operations.
  • Experience with project management, requirements management, or mission planning.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, networking, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Understanding of operational security (OPSEC), risk management, and attribution considerations.
  • Experience using collaboration, knowledge management, and project tracking platforms.
  • Proficiency in developing executive briefings, mission updates, and strategic planning documents.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and research disciplines.
