CACI is seeking a highly motivated Mission IT Operator Lead on our team. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and work on a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.
The MIT Lead is responsible for the following:
• Ensuring the Mission IT team operates in accordance with all service level agreements (SLA).
• Training all incoming Mission IT personnel.
• Facilitating coordination and communication between multiple enterprise partners and multi-agency customers.
• Maintaining Mission IT documentation, to include SOPs, staff knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Working a non-standard work week, weekends, and holidays per coverage needs, to include 12-hour shiftwork in support of 24x7 operations and coordination with other MIT leads at various locations.
• Interfacing with government and partner country senior leadership, system operators and engineers at site and across the enterprise during scheduled and unscheduled events.
• Providing timely metrics information for enterprise tracking based on data collected from enterprise and legacy management systems
• Assisting the Mission IT team with initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution for basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
• Maintaining the Mission IT schedule for minimum manning.
• Track all appropriate accesses/admin permissions of Mission IT personnel
• Provide impacts Mission IT may see from changes to the enterprise.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance. Background and Polygraph adjudicated must be within the past 4 years
• AA Degree in a related technical discipline and related knowledge or ability to troubleshoot operational systems supported by this program OR possess the equivalence of 3-5 years direct experience in lieu of a degree
• Current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification, Security+ Certification
• Experience creating and editing items created in PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and MicrosoftWord
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service and support roles
• Understanding of ITIL service management best practices
• Broad knowledge of high-priority systems across a multi-location enterprise
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, active directory, network infrastructure, hardware components, and desktop virtualization
• Ability to adjust to a rapidly changing environment, to include changes in technology, customer needs, and government requirements.
These qualifications would be nice to have:
• Familiarity with creation and standardization of SOP documentation• Experience scheduling
• Experience working on overhead operational systems
• System administration experience to include UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms
• Experience with virtualization technologies and software such as VMware
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Management Systems to include HelpNow (Service Now)
• ITILv4 or equivalent Agile Certification• RedHat Certification
Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USDAbout CACI International
