The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experiencedMission Enabling and Training Leadto serve as CACI's senior mission support capability integrator, responsible for synchronizing operational support platforms, mission-enabling capabilities, knowledge management services, training support, and secure facility operations to enable SOCPAC mission execution and operational readiness across the Indo-Pacific theater.Serving as a senior advisor to Government leadership, the Mission Enabling and Training Lead provides strategic guidance on mission enablement capabilities to improve operational effectiveness, increase readiness, enhance decision superiority, and integrate innovative technologies that support distributed, contested, and denied operational environments. 

The Mission Enabling and Training Lead directs the planning, integration, and execution of mission-enabling services that support operational experimentation, mission partner collaboration, operational assessments, and training readiness. The position oversees standby multi-mission ancillary platforms that support ad hoc air, maritime, and ground operational requirements, while ensuring these capabilitiesremainaligned with theater priorities and emerging mission demands.Additionally, the Mission Enabling and Training Lead oversees enterprise knowledge management capabilities that improve information sharing, collaboration, situational awareness, operational reporting, and decision support across SOCPAC and its mission partners. The position also provides technical leadership in support of secure facility planning, sustainment, operational analysis, and mission support activities conducted within sensitive operational environments. The Mission Enabling and Training Lead directs multidisciplinary teams that execute Task 4 mission-enabling services while ensuring seamless integration with logistics operations, infrastructure support, and operational planning across multiple task delivery orders. The position maintains responsibility for workforce leadership, operational performance, customer engagement, and continuous capability improvement, supporting SOCPAC mission success. 


Responsibilities:

Mission Enablement Leadership

  • Serve as CACI's senior Mission Enabling and Training Lead supporting SOCPAC mission requirements. 

  • AdviseGovernment leadership on mission enabling strategies, operational readiness, and capability integration. 

  • Direct planning, execution, and synchronization of Task 4 mission enabling activities. 

  • Ensure mission enabling servicesremainaligned with operational priorities, campaign objectives, and evolving mission requirements. 

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering integrated mission support capabilities across the Indo-Pacific theater. 

Operational Platform Integration

  • Oversee operational support platform capabilities supporting air, maritime, ground, and emerging mission requirements. 

  • Coordinate availability and readiness of stand-by ancillary platforms supporting contingency and ad hoc operational requirements. 

  • Synchronize contractor-owned, government-owned, and hybrid operational capabilities supporting distributedlogisticsoperations. 

  • Support operational experimentation, technology demonstrations, and rapid capability integration. 

  • Evaluate emerging technologies that improve mission effectiveness and operational resilience. 

Training & Mission Readiness

  • Direct mission readiness initiatives supporting operational exercises, experimentation, and training activities. 

  • Coordinate training support services enabling SOCPAC, Service Components, and mission partners. 

  • Ensure mission enabling capabilities support individual, collective, and theater-level readinessobjectives. 

  • Support exercise planning, operational rehearsals, and mission certification activities. 

  • Develop recommendations that improve operational readiness through innovative mission support solutions. 

Knowledge Management & Decision Support

  • Lead enterprise knowledge management services supporting operational collaboration across distributed operational nodes. 

  • Improve information sharing, data integration, operational reporting, and organizational learning. 

  • Oversee development of dashboards, collaboration portals, knowledge repositories, and decision support products. 

  • Support after-action reviews, operational assessments, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Promote adoption of modern collaboration technologies that improve operational effectiveness. 

Secure Facility Planning & Operations

  • Provide technical oversight supporting secure facility planning, sustainment, and operationalutilization. 

  • Support Government studies, facility assessments, and operational planning activities conducted within secure environments. 

  • Coordinate secure facility support for operational planning, experimentation, mission rehearsals, and training events. 

  • Ensure secure environmentsremaincapable of supporting sensitive operational requirements. 

  • Coordinate with security personnelregardingoperational support requirements for secure facilities. 

Operational Integration & Mission Partner Coordination

  • Synchronize mission enabling capabilities withlogisticsoperations, facilities support, operational planning, and emergent operations. 

  • Coordinate activities across SOCPAC, 8th TSC, PACAF, PACFLEET, MARFORPAC, and other mission partners. 

  • Support integration with the Mission Integration and Operations Cell (MIOC) and other theater coordination organizations. 

  • Participate in operational planning, synchronization meetings, executive briefings, and mission reviews. 

  • Build collaborative relationships across Government, military, coalition, and industry partners. 

Workforce Leadership

  • Provide leadership and supervision of multidisciplinary mission enabling teams. 

  • Manage workforce planning, staffing, professional development, and performance management. 

  • Establish operational priorities, performanceobjectives, and accountability measures. 

  • Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous process improvement across mission support functions. 

  • Ensure personnelmaintainrequired certifications, training, and operational readiness. 

Program Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor operational performance, contract deliverables, and mission effectiveness metrics. 

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Government directives, and operational standards. 

  • Identifyopportunities to improve mission enabling capabilities through innovation and process optimization. 

  • Support strategic planning, risk management, and capability development initiatives. 

  • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations supporting Government decision-makers. 


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, Military Science, National Security Studies, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or related discipline. 

  • Relevant military or Government operational experience may be substituted for formal education requirements. 

  • Minimum 12 years supporting operational planning, mission support,logistics, training, knowledge management, or enterprise operations. 

  • Minimum 8 years supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Special Operations, Theater-level, or Service Component organizations. 

  • Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams supporting Government programs. 

  • Experience integrating operational support capabilities across multiple organizations and mission partners. 

  • Experience supporting operational planning, experimentation, exercises, or contingency operations. 

  • Experience leading knowledge management, collaboration, or organizational effectiveness initiatives. 

  • Experience supporting secure operational environments and sensitive mission activities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to brief andadvisesenior military and Government leadership. 

  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multiple concurrent priorities.
