Manger, Mineral Management and Real Estate Operations is responsible for the direction of the Mineral Management and Real estate Operations Departments strategic initiatives, operational policies, and objectives. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, effective, efficient delivery of Mineral Management and Real Estate operational functions, support, project execution and leadership to enable the lines of business to meet corporate strategic objectives. The department supports the comprehensive mineral asset management and real estate services group which, provides services to trust and agency customers, universities, foundations, and other banks, and trust companies throughout the United States.

How You'll Spend Your Time- Develop: Create and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for Mineral Management and Real Estate Operations by aligning systems, processes, and resources with business objectives.
- Recommend: Identify system enhancements, process improvements, and vendor strategies that strengthen operational performance and efficiency.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to provide insights and guidance that influence business strategy and support organizational goals.
- Lead: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team while managing performance and fostering employee growth.
- Drive: Design and oversee automated solutions that improve quality, productivity, service delivery, and risk management.
- Oversee: Provide guidance across systems, projects, compliance requirements, risk monitoring, and management reporting to ensure effective execution.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Financial Accounting Degree with 9+ years management wealth operations experience
with at least 6 years of experience in a management capacity or equivalent experience of 14+ years in wealth management operations. Preference is Master's Degree.

- Extensive knowledge of Mineral Management and Real Estate Operations accounting systems
