Key Responsibilities - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, electrical, and control systems efficiently.
- Assemble, modify, install, and repair machinery, fixtures, pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, and gearboxes.
- Perform welding and cutting torch operations for repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Analyze the root causes of equipment failures and recurring production issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Enhance and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to machine technicians and apprentices, fostering skill development.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance processes.
Education Requirements:- Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) with proven hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for maintenance documentation and technical data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dedicated to workplace safety and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Work Conditions:- The ideal candidate will be able to work rotating shifts 5 days a week (Currently morning and afternoon shifts but may include overnight shifts in future)
