Mill Manager, Elk Lake, Ontario

Join Interfor's Elk LakeDivision as Mill Manager and take ownership of a thriving operation where yourleadership will directly influence safety, productivity, quality, financialperformance, and long-term growth. You'll have the autonomy to drive change,lead major initiatives, and build a culture of excellence across the site. Thisposting is for an existing vacancy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the overall success of the Elk Lake operation, with full accountability for safety, operational performance, and financial results.
  • Direct and optimize all mill operations, including sawmill, planer, shipping, and maintenance.
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost excellence across the site.
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team that delivers results while living Interfor's values.
  • Shape and execute the mill's strategic direction, driving continuous improvement and maximizing operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
