Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Site Operations and Team Performance- Manage daily site operations while directing, coaching, and developing operations staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure customer needs are met through timely communication and 24/7 operational support when required.
  • Champion Safety and Regulatory Compliance- Serve as the site's safety leader by enforcing company safety policies, customer-specific safety requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform all duties of a Safety Representative and oversee compliance across the jobsite.
  • Develop and Maintain Safety Programs- Evaluate work environments and implement site-specific safety programs designed to eliminate hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and minimize OSHA citations.
  • Identify jobsite deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing responsive service, ensuring operational excellence, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, safety performance, and employee development through ongoing training, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and best practice adoption.

Work Environment
  • Primarily works on active construction and industrial jobsites.
  • Regular exposure to changing weather conditions, construction equipment, elevated work areas, and other industrial hazards.
  • Requires walking, standing, climbing, and conducting routine safety inspections throughout the worksite.
  • Must be available to respond to operational and customer needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.

Days and Shift Information
  • Full-time, exempt position.
  • Schedule based on customer and project needs.
  • This position requires flexibility and may involve working beyond normal business hours, including extended shifts, to support jobsite operations and customer requirements.


Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, operations management, or a related leadership role, preferably within a construction or industrial environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing workplace safety programs.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, OSHT, or CIH are preferred.

Additional Information

Pay/Benefits/Perks
  • $85,000-$115,000 based on experience.
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
