Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with enterprise middleware or application servers in live environments.
• 4 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat JBoss BAM/BPM or IBM WebSphere, including installation and troubleshooting.
• 3 years working with enterprise workload automation tools like ActiveBatch.
• 3 years of experience in application integrations and resolving production incidents in distributed systems.
• 2 years conducting performance testing with JMeter or similar tools.
• 2 years supporting specialized business applications such as PSPDF or OccuCoder.
• 2 years creating operational documentation and transferring knowledge to teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance enterprise middleware and application server platforms in production.
• Install, configure, and maintain JBoss BAM/BPM or IBM WebSphere environments.
• Manage workload automation and batch scheduling operations effectively.
• Support and troubleshoot application integrations and deployments across distributed systems.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis to optimize middleware functionality.
• Assist in the support and maintenance of specialized applications and document-processing systems.
• Develop and update operational runbooks and documentation for technical teams.
