Full Job Description
ABSC is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst with a TS/SCI in support of the Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) program. In this role, you will help develop an integrated Army response focused on cutting-edge Army capabilities. This position supports critical national security initiatives through the integration of multi-domain intelligence to inform acquisition, operational planning and threat assessments. This position is located on-site in Aberdeen, MD but may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Using open-source intelligence methods to illuminate risk in the production supply chains of military systems.
  • Using classified and unclassified sources to produce research on specific military programs.
  • Using classified and unclassified sources to produce research on specific military research efforts.
  • Conduct all-source analysis of adversary capabilities to inform system development, TTPs, and CONOPS.
  • Fuse data from HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, and GEOINT to develop actionable intelligence and threat assessments.
  • Deliver timely, detailed intelligence reports and briefings to government stakeholders, including acquisition and engineering teams.
  • Assess the operational environment and adversary employment of systems in support of test events, red teaming, and modeling/simulation efforts.
  • Support SAP programs with high-level situational awareness and threat validation across multiple warfighting domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, program managers, and warfighters to support Joint and Army interoperability efforts.

Experience Required for this Role:
  • 5+ years of relevant all-source intelligence experience, including support to acquisition or R&D programs
  • Experience analyzing military systems and capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical writing and oral briefing skills.

Education Required for this Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Political Science, National Security or related field.
  • Experience in formal intelligence production.

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI (ability to obtain SAP access)

Salary is commensurate with education, experience and background. The approximate salary range for this position is $104-157k and it includes multiple levels based on candidate experience. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
