Mid-Level Programmer Analyst
Position Responsibilities:- Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents, and maintains computing applications, software, and application systems
- Gathers and evaluates end-user requirements
- Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design
- Analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, software compatibility parameters, application security needs, and other application architecture requirements
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture issues
- Reviews system performance and recommends improvements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 3+ years of experience with application development in one or more programming languages such as C#/C-Sharp, .NET, C, C++, Java, Python, R, SQL, Pro*C/C++, Perl, Shell Scripting, and Web/HTML technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, web services, REST, microservices etc.)
- 3+ years of experience using SQL for application interactions with databases (i.e. Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience with .NET application development
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD) and understanding CI/CD
- 1+ years of experience with secure software development methodologies and security-first mindset
- 1+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 1+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent technical degree
- Experience in Front-end development with (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, and or TypeScript)
- Experience building scalable web applications using React and TypeScript using Material UI (MUI) react component library
- Experience modernizing, refactoring, or migrating legacy applications to the cloud
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as code completion, automated testing, and code-review assistants, or spec-driven development workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or other off-hours support on occasion

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
