Qualifications

• Fully remote role for candidates in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside Counties).
• Current admission to the California State Bar is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years in civil litigation with 1 year focused on defending tort claims.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and taking depositions.
• Ability to effectively argue motions and attend mediations, with trial experience as a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and client-focused mindset.
• Must be capable of independently managing a caseload and collaborating with team members.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters from wrongful death to business disputes.
• Manage all aspects of cases including legal strategy and drafting motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings for court.
• Manage discovery process effectively, ensuring timely responses.
• Argue motions in court and represent clients during mediations.
• Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from senior partners.
• Engage with a variety of clients to achieve successful legal outcomes.
