DescriptionIgniteAction is seeking an experienced
Mid Level Developer to design and build scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular), backend development in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go, SQL-based data stores, and a strong focus on clean code, API design, performance optimization, and collaborative code reviews.
The Core Tech Stack- Frontend: React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Backend: Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
- Data: PostgreSQL or SQL
Key Responsibilities- Feature Architecture: Designing small-to-medium systems
- Code Quality: Writing clean, testable code
- Conduct peer code reviews to help keep the codebase sane.
- API: Foundational understanding of RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are intuitive for other team members to use.
- Performance: Identifying and fixing bottlenecks, from slow SQL queries to bloated frontend bundles.
Must-Have SkillsSkill AreaWhat's Expected System Design Understanding database normalization, load balancing, and basic microservices.
DevOps Ability to debug a failing CI/CD pipeline and manage environment variables safely.
Testing Writing unit tests and End-to-End tests as standard practice.
Soft Skills Explaining technical trade-offs to product managers and mentoring junior developers.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain or maintain Public Trust (High) clearance.
