Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), to serve in a position in Norfolk, VA
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
- Reviewing funding documents for accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Extracting accounting data from records and financial systems to prepare and analyze reports.
- Researching material and contract charges, updating files, and assisting with correcting errors within accounting systems.
- Reviewing invoices and statements, and analyzing and reconciling journals or subsidiary ledgers within accounting systems.
Expected Salary range: $74,000-$93,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

RequirementsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to favorably pass a federal background investigation.
- At least 3 years of related accounting, budget or financial management experience.
- Experience developing financial reports, and/or managing data sets with multiple data types for analysis.
- Experience conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis.
- Experience planning, analyzing, organizing and coordinating financial data in order to resolve problems, recommend solutions and draft process improvements.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of client requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in one or more of the following areas: PPBE cycle; budget formulation, execution and/or financial management, particularly within a DoD organization, especially the U.S. Navy.
- Experience using Navy ERP and/or other SAP financial platforms.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, or VBA.
