Full Job Description
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager for its Boston, MA location.

DUTIES: Call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to, uncover, and anticipate future needs, challenges, risks, and expectations. Introduce solutions to clients to build and strengthen an effective portfolio. Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs. Work closely with the Case Manager on onboarding and retaining clients, ensuring the appropriate "Know Your Client" (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met. Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet. Maximize client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence. Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop the business where necessary and appropriate. Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels (Group, Bank, Commercial Market, and EIB). Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities. Administer the credit relationship of the client, coordinate and supervise the entire process, and ensure the proper application of policies and institutional processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Citi's policies and guidelines. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation developing relationships and anticipating future needs, challenges, risks and expectations. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Developing strategic relationships with senior external stakeholders to advance the interests of global organizations. Proactively identifying, assessing and mitigating risks in complex, dynamic international settings, while maintaining adherence to stringent procedural and regulatory requirements. Leading and coordinating diverse, cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, create synergies, drive performance and achieve challenging objectives in high pressure environments. Analyzing complex, disparate data to form novel insights, create actionable recommendations, devise solutions and make effective time-critical decisions in fast-paced environments. Designing, structuring and delivering innovative and customized solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts to effectively integrate diverse capabilities spanning multiple geographically dispersed teams. Presenting strategic recommendations and complex solutions clearly and persuasively to senior audiences to foster collaboration and influence critical decisions. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, and eight (8) years of experience. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience. 40 hrs./wk.
