As a Senior Manager MTAL, you will operate at the intersection of sales, solutioning, and delivery, leading conversations with senior client stakeholders to define where and why Microsoft technology can unlock business value. You will act as a trusted advisor and orchestrator-aligning teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
This role is a key part of our client leadership model, with a primary focus on owning and delivering client business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue and Microsoft-led opportunity creation
- Lead executive-level conversations to define client priorities and position Microsoft solutions effectively
- Develop and execute account growth strategies in partnership with client and internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in account planning and pipeline development
Solutioning & Opportunity Shaping
- Lead early-stage solution discussions and shape opportunities aligned to client business outcomes
- Clearly articulate**"Why Microsoft"** in the context of client industry and technology needs
- Align sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling, outcome-driven solutions
Orchestration & Delivery Alignment
- Act as the central orchestrator across sales, solutioning, and delivery teams
- Ensure the right capabilities, resources, and approaches are aligned to achieve client outcomes
- Support successful execution by maintaining alignment between client expectations and delivery
Industry & Microsoft Expertise
- Bring strong understanding of industry trends and business challenges
- Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft platforms and ecosystem capabilities
- Translate business needs into actionable technology strategies
Experience
- Progressive experience in client leadership, sales, consulting, or delivery leadership roles
- Demonstrated success working with enterprise clients and driving account growth
- Experience shaping and delivering complex Microsoft or cloud-based programs
