Key Responsibilities:- As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows is suggested.
- Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions effectively.
- Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures that improve system reliability.
** Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter. **
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Power Automate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MS Power Automate Cloud
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Experience 7
- Minimum of an associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Bank Experience
- Strong Software Engineering experience
