Job Summary
The Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer will support the implementation and expansion of enterprise AI and low-code capabilities. The role will focus on developing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions while helping establish governance, standards, security, and operational processes for enterprise adoption. The position will serve as a senior technical authority, partnering with business units, information security, compliance, and platform governance teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents supporting knowledge management, workflow automation, and business process modernization.
• Build intelligent solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 services, and SharePoint.
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows to support business requirements.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing enterprise governance standards for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Ensure solutions comply with security standards, privacy requirements, records retention policies, and IT governance practices.
• Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise Power Platform and Copilot Studio architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to business engineers and development teams.
• Support application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, including source control, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines.
• Work closely with business areas to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio agents or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management.
• Experience supporting enterprise application deployments and operational support activities.
• Ability to create technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform Administration, AI Agent Development, REST APIs, ALM, Azure DevOps, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing Power Apps integrated with Copilot Studio agents.
• Knowledge of Power Platform Administration, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), records management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or office hours for business users.
• Experience implementing Copilot Studio solutions within highly regulated environments.
Certifications
• Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or related Microsoft certifications.
