Who we are looking for:Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for an experienced
Microsoft 365 Engineer. Someone who is passionate about providing technical solutions to complex business challenges, embracing Azure AD for cloud-based identity services, and supporting an active directory environment.
- Location: Houston hybrid or San Antonio hybrid
Key Responsibilities:- User account provisioning, group and MS Teams administration
- In-Tune mobile device management, being an integral resource for interesting projects & consistently improving processes with automation through PowerShell, Flow and APIs.
- Manage and maintain the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive,
- Ensure system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users
- Responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features
- Establish and perform the O365 best practices
- Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations
- Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives
- Perform product testing and integration testing
- Identify security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions
What you'll need to be successful:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft "cloud" solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Requires demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
