Role description

We are seeking an experienced Microservices & ATG Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native microservices, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and messaging platforms, along with proven experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable microservices-based applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
  • Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic commerce platforms to microservices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
