Senior Land Use & Zoning Attorney to join its sophisticated practice representing developers, property owners, and investors.
This is a
high-level, client-facing opportunity for an attorney with strong experience in sophisticated land use, zoning, entitlement, and development matters.
?? The Role - Advise clients on complex land use, zoning, and development matters
- Develop entitlement, zoning, and permitting strategies
- Navigate local and state regulatory processes
- Appear before zoning boards, planning commissions, and other governmental agencies
- Draft applications, agreements, legal analysis, and other work product
- Work directly with clients, government officials, planners, and project teams
- Provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory issues
? Qualifications - 5+ years of sophisticated land use & zoning experience
- Florida Bar admission required
- Strong client-facing, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Experience handling complex entitlement and development matters
- Ability to independently manage matters and advise clients strategically
