Mental Health Clinician II - Recovery

Hanford, CA | Full-Time Temp | Exempt

Salary Range: $46.79 - $56.93 per hour
Position Summary

The Mental Health Clinician II - Recovery provides outpatient mental health services including assessments, individual therapy, treatment planning, and group facilitation for adults receiving Recovery-Oriented services. This position works collaboratively with community partners and multidisciplinary treatment teams to support recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Maintain productivity and documentation standards
• Participate in Access Rotation as assigned
• Collaborate with community agencies and referral partners
• Complete required trainings and maintain BBS registration/licensure
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities
• Provide consultation and education to community partners as needed
Required Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Psychology , Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed LMFT, Registered AMFT, ASW, APCC, or equivalent eligible credential
• Valid California Driver's License
• Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services
• Knowledge of California mental health regulations and reporting requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with adults in outpatient behavioral health settings
• Strong documentation and EHR skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
