Raytheon is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Management to join the Operations & Supply Chain group for the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU) 6 Advanced Integrated Surface Sensos directorate in Tewksbury, MA. This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process, project management and proposal activities.
This position is a hybrid role however it does require up to 30% travel to supplier and customer sites. The hybrid requirement requires 2 days onsite per week in the Tewksbury or Andover locations.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtain any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.
Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.
Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Master6s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.
Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to support complex product development efforts.
Excellent reporting/communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
