How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the journey toward clinical excellence by directing all accreditation and survey activities, ensuring our facility consistently meets the highest national standards for patient safety and care.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights by designing comprehensive reporting systems that empower leadership to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the health system by serving as the primary expert and educator on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols.
  • Foster a high-performing, mission-driven team through proactive mentorship, strategic recruitment, and a focus on staff well-being to ensure we deliver our best for our patients every day.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Preferred Credential(s):
  • Quality Professional.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin
    Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical
    Therapy Examining Board.
  • Risk Management.


Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Monday through Friday, day shift. Hours have some variability but typically 0730 to 1700.
  • Successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in healthcare, preferably with a strong focus in quality, regulatory, performance improvement and/or safety. Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, communication (written and oral).
