OverviewThe Mgr, Clinical Workforce Development provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise Grow Our Own workforce initiatives. This role oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that develop internal talent into clinical and clinical-support roles, while supervising workforce development staff and partnering with nursing, interprofessional leaders, Human Resources, and academic partners.

Responsibilities- Leads the strategic direction, design, and oversight of enterprise Grow Our Own and workforce pipeline programs that develop internal talent into clinical roles.
- Ensures effective operational management, standardization, and continuous improvement of all workforce development and pipeline programs.
- Provides direct leadership, supervision, and development of workforce development coordinators and related staff.
- Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance workforce development goals
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree BSN required:
- and 3-5 years experience Clinical education or professional development role. or
- Master's Degree Preferred:
- and 1-2 years experience Pediatric nursing (hospital or ambulatory setting). MSN may be accepted in lieu of BSN.
- One of the following:
- Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire
- Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas required upon hire
- RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO, active RN licensure from another state.
- One of the following, required within 2 years of hire date:
- Certified Nurse Executive (NE-BC) or
- Nursing Professional Development- Board Certified (NPD-BC)

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $46.13/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from HomeThis position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
