Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:- Own and execute the application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value (efficiency, cost, and user outcomes)
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve or transform operations through portfolio applications
- Lead application lifecycle management (selection, implementation, enhancement, consolidation, and retirement) aligned to roadmap priorities
- Monitor application performance, usage, data integrity, and risk metrics to drive continuous improvement, stability, and security
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build business cases (ROI, productivity, cost savings), and prioritize initiatives
- Oversee implementations, upgrades, and releases, including project management, stakeholder communication, user training, and adoption
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, ensuring performance against SLAs, contracts, and budget expectations
- Lead and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality service delivery
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
- 8+ years Information Technology experience and 4+ years' experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems required
- Working knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, Agile Development
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Own application portfolio lifecycle and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and architecture standards
- Drive application performance, reliability, and releases, including upgrades, integrations, and incident resolution
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and maximize portfolio value

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00, Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
