The Manager is responsible for system management of departmental applications. Implement portfolio optimization by providing a dynamic decision-making process for assessing value, prioritizing projects and allocating resources to meet key organizational objectives across the enterprise. Leads health systemwide technology programs by leading cross disciplinary teams, coordinating resources and timetables. Works closely with leaders and governance committees across the enterprise to determine needs, prioritize initiatives, and communicate status. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements. Collaborate with other IT teams to promote successful installation and support of applications, ensuring appropriate delivery and effective use. Maintains quality customer service and manages escalations that facilitate project success and daily production support. Plans, prioritizes, and directs staff in system management and support functions with an emphasis on a complete, accurate, and secure system. Works with senior management to develop strategies to standardize applications across the organization. Promotes the inclusion of shared systems across the Health System.
This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital.
