Job Description

    • BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Program Manager serves as BAE Systems' primary point of contact for the Government (KO/COR).
    • Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for all program management, financial, information management, and administrative support services.
    • Responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of 15+ employees, managing risk, and ensuring all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) are met. Leads the reprioritization of work efforts to align with changing PMRF requirements.
    • Be involved in all aspects of the program and team members' work and provide ongoing quality assurance.
    • Maintain records of activities and work performed, and report them to the government in a Monthly Status Report.

Required Skills and Education

  • Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD leadership role (military, civilian, or contractor). Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic/unpredictable environments and effectively problem-solve.


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Leadership experience specifically at a DoD Range or Major Range and Test Facility (MRTFB). Advanced degree in Management or Business Administration.
