  • Actively engage with team under his/her purview to ensure successful project execution and delivery of quality work products that meet the expectations of the programs.
  • Assist in the development of MBE/Modeling processes and tools that will provide greater capability and efficiency for providing reliability solutions to the various BAE Systems' customers.
  • Pursue improvement initiatives including AI applications to achieve increased effectiveness and efficiencies in Reliability Sciences tools and processes.
  • Support staff generation/tailoring of Reliability, Maintainability, Testability & Safety Development Plans which ensure adherence to processes and best practices.
  • Manage staff workload and fulfill staffing requirements to support program and initiative needs.
  • Acquire, develop, and grow Reliability Sciences engineering staff with the skills and capabilities to meet the demands of projects through hiring, staff development/training, mentoring, and personal growth opportunities.
