Our Section Managers do a lot of amazing things, but for this role in particular you will:
- Manage a team of 10-15 engineers
- Help design security architectures based on requirements from your analysis of adversary threats and proposed countermeasures
- Shape capability group policy and governance
- Contribute to both near and long term technical roadmap objectives
- Liaise with customers and other external entities
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

- Model-Based Systems Engineering using Cameo or MagicDraw
- Developing positive customer relationships
- Product design development and design analysis for manufacturability and maintainability
- Championing AI adoption
