We are seeking a Product Stream Manager (PSM) at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. This position is an exciting, dynamic and fast paced role to lead and achieve operational excellence through production execution activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Responsible for meeting customer commitments through meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets. This position will lead an organization of 50-75+ personnel with a team of direct reports consisting of first-line supervisors and technical operations managers. The PSM plans for and maintains appropriate staffing levels through talent retention and hiring, implements process improvements, optimizes factory layout, and supports continuous improvements to improve product flow, reduce defects and improve cycle time, maintains an effective and efficient organization while effectively communicating responsibilities and objectives to employees and adheres to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and business conduct in relationships with fellow employees, the Company, suppliers, customers, and the public.
