Human Resources Manager to support our growing physician network across multiple markets.

Position Summary
The
HR Manager supports HR operations across assigned IPM markets and serves as a trusted business partner to operational leaders and employees. This role is responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR systems support, engagement, reporting, compensation administration, and training. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, flexible, and proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing HR consultation and support to assigned IPM division offices and markets.
- Partner with leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters, including: Performance management, Employee relations, Recruitment and retention, Salary and wage administration, Benefits administration, Workers' compensation, Leave management, Unemployment administration, Payroll administration, and Orientation and onboarding.
- Support education and management training initiatives.
- Lead and/or support employee relations investigations, including compliance hotline matters, as needed.
- Work with leadership to address performance concerns, low performers, and turnover risk.
- Drive the annual review process and 90-day evaluations in partnership with operations leaders.
- Maintain and enhance new hire orientation and onboarding materials and facilitate onboarding sessions.
- Build strong working relationships with market leadership, HR leaders, and division team members.
- Support employee engagement efforts, including survey participation and action planning.
- Help ensure assigned areas meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Partner with the Director of Human Resources to streamline HR projects, improve processes, standardize programs, and support system implementations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university required.
Experience - 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience required, preferably in healthcare or physician practice operations.
- Supervisory-level experience required.
- Multi-state HR experience required.
Certification/Licensure - PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Professional Knowledge and Skills - Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills
- Excellent performance management and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and strong attention to detail; Responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with timely oversight.
- Comfortable handling confidential, high-level employee investigations.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with email, spreadsheets, database entry, and standard office equipment
- HRIS experience required, preferably Lawson and Workday, as well as UKG, HealthStream LMS and ICIMS.
