DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, HCC Risk Management located in West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raynham, Massachusettes, Warsaw, Indiana, Raritan, New Jersey, or New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Job Overview
TheMgr, HCC Risk Mgmt.-Joints&Digital/Commercial Excellenceisresponsible forexecuting centralized compliance risk management operationsfor Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellenceand Government Contract Compliance (GCC),such as monitoring, TPI due diligence,KPIs for Operational Excellence,and otherrisk management activities, aligned with global and regional compliance strategies.
The roleis key toassessingthe effectivenessof compliance controlsand collaborates across the HCC organization to provide an ongoing pulse of the Compliance program and insights that strengthen operational compliance and the overall Compliance Program.
Assess effective execution of the U.S. HCC and GCC compliance program for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence, aligned with company policies, industry codes, and applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
Manage Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management, collaborating with respective compliance officers, Legal, Procurement, and Finance on complex or escalated cases.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field.
4–7years experiencein compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring, with proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g.,Anti‑KickbackStatute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.).
Experience supporting compliance monitoring,TPI due diligence, audit,investigations,orother risk management areas.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
102,000.00 - 204,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
