The Role
The Manager, Administration oversees daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strong organizational support. This role manages administrative staff, develops process improvements, and serves as a key resource to leadership. The Manager, Administration ensures workflows, communication, documentation, and service delivery meet organizational standards and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and workflow coordination.
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage budget tracking, procurement, administrative reporting functions, research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations or briefing materials.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication and workflows to support operational goals.
• Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Must Have
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
A combination of completed education and experience may be used in lieu of degree.
