Full Job Description

Leidos Health Group has an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to support the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Program. The MFLC Program under the Office of the Deputy Assistance Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy (MC & FP), provides delivery of non-medical counseling services by licensed counselors to military service members and their families at over 125 military installations that span 7 countries. Providing in-person face-to-face, consultation and outreach counseling for both adults and children. Management and logistical support services are also included in support of the MFLC program. These counseling services span relationships, crisis intervention, stress management, grief, occupational, and other individual and family issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Resource Coordinator provides expert direction to the Operations Managers, Regional Managers, MFLC Supervisors, and Subcontractor staff to ensure timely, efficient processing of all assignment-related processes, forms, and administrative requirements for rotational and event MFLCs.
  • Works in complete synchronization with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure that all MFLCs working in or preparing for assignments are fully credentialed and properly documented for their assignment location and duration.  
  • Manages daily/weekly regional staffing activities. 
  • Guides and directs Operations and Program Management on regional staffing priorities, serving as liaison regarding financial, information technology, and travel-related activities.   

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience. 4 additional years’ experience required in lieu of Bachelors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, excel, and OneNote
  • Per contract US Citizenship is required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
