Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff.
2. Provides status updates to SEL staff and customers. Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers.
3. Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions.
4. Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts.
5. Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team's disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D's disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance).
6. Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
7. Understand. Create. Simplify.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Required QualificationsTwo years' relevant experience
Able to efficiently operate Windows and MS Office
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred QualificationsTwo years' experience working with SEL products
Experience with computer-controlled test equipment
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams
Physical RequirementsLift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
Vision correctable to 20/30 or better
Ability to differentiate color
Use of computer keyboard devices

Pay Range DataWe base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for position is $35.83-51.20 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
