Full Job Description
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (four to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in our Atlanta office.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or and M&A matters
  • Managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A
  • Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex information into actionable advice manage client engagements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ownership mentality and the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility
