What you'll do...
Role summary:

As a (USA) Merchant, you will lead category strategy and financial management for a moderately complex category, driving pricing, promotion, and supplier negotiations to achieve business objectives. This role requires collaboration across channels to optimize customer experience and assortment while managing team performance and development. You will leverage data insights to inform decisions, support private brand initiatives, and ensure alignment with company goals. The position demands adaptability, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence to deliver value and growth within a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, analyzing market trends and customer behavior.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to optimize profitability and meet financial targets.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, establish performance metrics, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure effective execution.
  • Drive channel strategy and collaborate with supply chain partners to align category goals.
  • Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and manage priorities to support business growth.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform decisions, improve assortment, and enhance customer experience across channels.
  • Support execution of features, modular layouts, and product setups to maximize category impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
