As our data center business continues to grow, we're looking for an MEP Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading field operations for some of the most complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems being built today. This role offers a unique opportunity to help deliver hyperscale and enterprise data center projects while contributing to the growth and future of Boldt's expanding data center construction program.

In this position, you'll lead field operations focused on the successful installation, coordination, and execution of critical MEP systems that power and support mission-critical environments. Working alongside project managers, trade partners, commissioning teams, owners, and craft professionals, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to coordinate complex mechanical and electrical scopes in an ever-changing construction environment.

Whether you're overseeing equipment installations, coordinating utility tie-ins, driving schedule performance, managing trade sequencing, or supporting commissioning and turnover activities, you'll play a key role in bringing some of the nation's most advanced facilities online.

What You Bring
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven years of industry experience and four years of supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and the ability to effectively lead large field teams.
  • Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, power, healthcare, or data center construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including power distribution, critical cooling infrastructure, commissioning processes, and equipment installation.
  • Experience coordinating multiple MEP trades and managing complex system interfaces within fast-paced construction environments.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, construction planning, site logistics, turnover planning, and safety management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with craft professionals, project teams, owners, commissioning agents, and trade partners.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and team development.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project locations nationwide.
Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
