ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects. You'll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

Typical base compensation for the Superintedent role is between $90,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE- Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects
- Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards
- Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues
- Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing
- Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
- Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
