What you will do:
• Drive the front-end strategy by leading planning, coordination, and overall approach for all mechanical and electrical work during pre-construction and pursuit phases, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements.
• Build winning pursuit packages by working with internal teams, trade partners, and consultants to pull together complete, competitive, and low-risk MEP bids, identifying gaps early and closing them efficiently.
• Define and maintain a clear, comprehensive MEP scope of work that aligns pricing with design intent, project requirements, and pursuit strategy to set operations up for success.
• Coordinate all relevant drawings and information to eliminate interference issues and lead mechanical and electrical coordination sessions, design reviews, risk workshops, and interference checks.
• Maintain schedule requirements and priorities while managing mechanical and electrical RFIs, shop drawings, contracts, and project completion documents to keep projects organized and on track.
• Collaborate extensively with estimating, design consultants, operations leads, client representatives, and key trade partners to keep the team aligned and moving in the same direction.
• Compile and complete companywide project reports to ensure accurate documentation and communication across teams.
• Use proactive problem-solving skills to identify risks early, close gaps efficiently, and maintain a strong pursuit narrative throughout the pre-construction process.

• A minimum of 5 years of mechanical and electrical experience in the construction industry
• A University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a combination of education and industry experience.
• A proven track record of mechanical and electrical coordination and team collaboration.
