The pay for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000 annually.3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal timeThe Mental Health Urgent Care Center Director oversees a 24/7 drop-in center for ages 12 and up and a child and youth residential program. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of peer support, crisis intervention and support, care coordination, and child/youth residential services.
To be considered, you will need:
- A clinical master's degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role OR Certification in Peer Support in VT, 5 years of peer support experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
