We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC or LMFT) to join our team in New Mexico. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Counseling
- LMHC, LMFT or License eligible in the state of New Mexico
- Experience with DBT, ERP or EMDR a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as psychology, therapy and counseling approaches
- Strong analytical skills to assess a patient's situation and build treatment plans
- Excellent listening skills to best understand a patient's issues and concerns
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide patients and establish trust
- Crisis intervention skills to respond to patients in acute distress
- All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50 per billable hour
- Both Full and Part-time options available
