Primary Therapist in Beverly Hills, CA!

Bridges to Recovery is seeking a FT Primary Therapist to join our team in Beverly Hills. The main responsibility of the primary therapist is to provide exceptional clinical care including assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and therapy to clients and their families.

Schedule for this role is Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.

The compensation range for the Primary Therapist role is $100-118k/ year, depending on licensure and experience.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Complete suicide assessments, bio-psycho-social assessments, treatment plans, licensing documentation, progress notes of sessions, and other documents within required time frames.
  • Coordinate with treatment team clients' ancillary care and other therapeutic services.
  • Update families and referral sources on clients' progress in treatment.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with treatment team, families, and referral sources.
  • All other duties as assigned by the executive clinical director.

Requirements:
  • Master required.
  • Licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC in the state of CA required.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex clinical presentations and high to medium degree of acuity required.
  • Experience working in a residential treatment center preferred.
  • Comprehensive assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills required.
  • Experience working with families required.
  • Case management and discharge planning skills preferred.
  • Certification or proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, EMDR, SE, IFS) required.
  • Experience with crisis intervention and management preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a team setting, in a highly collaborative environment required.
  • Comfortable communicating promptly with referral sources required.
  • Computer typing skills and ability to use various software programs, including EMR software required.
  • Commitment to maintain strict confidentiality required.

The range provided is for California based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CA may differ based on the cost of living in that geographic location.
