Compensation: $68,000-$115,000+ per year, based on experience, licensure, and experience

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individuals, groups, and/or family therapy based on client needs and your scope of practice.
- Help clients develop practical coping strategies, wellness skills, and tools to support their mental health.
- Consider emotional, behavioral, physical, and lifestyle factors as part of a whole-person approach to care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, client-centered care.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development.
- Stay current with developments and evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Illinois clinical licensure is appropriate to the role, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trusting and respectful relationships with clients.
- Commitment to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining timely clinical documentation.
- Interest in learning about functional health and whole person approaches to behavioral health.
