About the Role:

As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. You will thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
  • Supervise therapists working towards full licensure.

Requirements:

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
